Happy Monday, Sisters!  

 

Last night was a rough night over at the Hale household with a wicked storm that pushed through that kept us up late and then a cute little boy wanted to stay up a few hours after that.  Add the beginning stages of a cold on top and I’m taking some of my own medicine and honoring my body today!

Today’s episode is FINALLY our first MEDITATION!  Woohoo!

We’re going to start things off nice and slow and practice just a bit of stillness this morning.  It’s perfect for beginners or if you’re a seasoned meditator, you’ll find it super relaxing to drop into your breath and start your week off feeling calm, centered, and collected.
