Lisa is a Registered Nutritional Counsellor, a Certified Sports Nutrition Consultant, a Precision Nutrition Coach and a Certified Personal Fitness Coach.  In over 14 years as a health and fitness professional she has also graced the competitive fitness and figure stage, earning a professional athlete designation.  Her achievements include multiple first place finishes along with a top-10 national level placing at the Fitness Universe competition.

She just recently launched her new course, Feelings and Food, a course on WHY you eat and is the creator of her phenomenal virtual program E.A.T. that helps her clients lose inches, kill cravings, and take control over their health.

She runs an amazing group on Facebook, which I definitely recommend too!

I’ll be making a debut in her group later this month as a guest expert too as we talk about prioritizing yourself, embracing our fierce femininity, and releasing the holds we have on our souls.
